**Job Summary**
As a Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to solicitors in a medium-sized law firm in Dublin. You will be the main point of contact for all secretarial and reception duties, including typing, answering phones, and preparing documents.
**Job Responsibilities**
• Typing from audio digital dictation
• Answering phones and assisting with reception
• Preparing briefs to Counsel, including photocopying and binding
• Processing legal aid claims
• Creating files and inputting data into the case management system
• Archiving and filing documents
• Delivering and receiving documents
• Processing legal aid claims
• Ad-hoc tasks as required
**Key Requirements**
• 2+ years of administration and secretarial experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent IT skills, including MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well on initiative
• Previous experience of or knowledge of dictation is highly advantageous
• Teamwork is essential, as you will liaise with a diverse range of individuals daily
