Job Description

Seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to solicitors in a medium-sized law firm in Dublin.

As a Legal Secretary, you will be the main point of contact for all secretarial and reception support, handling tasks such as:

  • Typing from audio digital dictation
  • Answering phones and assisting with reception
  • Preparing briefs to Counsel, including photocopying and binding
  • Processing legal aid claims
  • Creating files and inputting data into the case management system
  • Archiving and filing
  • Delivering and receiving documents
  • Processing legal aid claims

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administration and secretarial experience, preferably in a similar industry, with excellent IT skills and a strong attention to detail.

Salary: €32,000 - €35,000
