Our client is looking for an experienced Legal & Transaction Manager for their Dublin office to oversee critical aircraft and engine deals, leasing, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-impact aircraft and engine acquisitions, leases, and sales.
- Draft, review, and finalise essential legal documents, including leases and sale agreements.
- Ensure full compliance with Irish legal and regulatory standards.
- Oversee and manage intercompany financial transactions and loan agreements.
Qualifications:
1. 5-7 years of legal experience, ideally within the aircraft leasing sector.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
