Leisure Attendant/Duty Manager at Aura Tullamore
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Full Time Leisure Attendant/Part Time Duty Manager at Aura Tullamore.
This role involves working in different areas of the Leisure Centre according to your training and qualifications, requiring a great all-rounder with a passion for the health and fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Display a commitment to our vision, purpose and values
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Deliver the highest standards of classes (Swim, Fitness or both) that will motivate and inspire our members
- Adhere to our Healthy and Safety policies and procedures at all times
- Ensure excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Requirements:
- Hold the following qualifications: RLSS Pool Lifeguard or IWS Pool Lifeguard Qualification and either both or one of the following qualifications: STA, IWS or SI Swim Teacher qualifications or NCEHS/NCEF Fitness Instructor Qualification
- A passion for the health and fitness industry
- A willingness to train and qualify in all three disciplines listed above
- Previous experience in instructing classes (Swim, Fitness or both) is desirable
- Flexible in relation to your hours/days of work
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
- Strong IT Skills (Microsoft Excel and Word)
