The Dunraven Hotel are recruiting for a Manager to run their Hotel Health and Leisure Centre in Adare, Co. Limerick. This role might suit a Leisure Centre supervisor looking for the next step in their career as well as to develop their knowledge and skills in the industry. The Leisure Centre with Pool, Sauna, Gym and Treatment Rooms is open to both Hotel guests and members. The ideal candidate should have the following: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing and friendly personality A passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage and motivate staff to ensure high levels of engagement, performance, and team spirit Cultivate a friendly atmosphere where all members and guests feel welcome and motivated Drive membership sales through innovative strategies and exceptional customer service Oversee daily operations, ensuring the Centre has the highest level of cleanliness, professionalism and adheres to health and safety standards Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth Organize and promote events and challenges that enhance the member experience and community spirit Managing the Health and Safety Programme for the hotel. This includes conducting Manual Handling Training, organizing First Aid training and providing all administration work in regards to the Health and Safety Requirements of the Hotel.
