About the Role
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team at SSAFA - The Armed Forces Charity - Republic of Ireland. As part of this role, you will process grant applications for British military veterans in Ireland.
- Process grant applications for British military veterans in Ireland
- Handle applications empathetically, maintaining records, and providing management reports
- Work closely with the Leopardstown Park Hospital Trust, SSAFA Republic of Ireland Branch management, and the broader SSAFA employee and volunteer networks
- Report daily to the SSAFA Republic of Ireland Branch & Casework Manager and Branch Chair
- Have monthly reporting responsibilities to the Leopardstown Park Hospital Trustees
About You
To carry out this role successfully, you will have a track record of providing excellent beneficiary/client-focused services by telephone, e-mail, and face-to-face.

- Used Microsoft Office 365 to a high standard and be accustomed to using either Customer Relations Management and/or Case Management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Experience of planning and managing your own workload with minimal supervision
