Job Description
We are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to maintain a 100% occupancy rate in our residential rental portfolio. This role requires exceptional skills in resident relations, communication, sales, administration, and organization.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing and advertising efforts to fill vacant suites, conducting resident relations to achieve high levels of satisfaction, and ensuring accurate records of suite availability and prospective residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing and advertising efforts to maintain a 100% occupancy rate
- Conduct resident relations to achieve high levels of satisfaction
- Conduct apartment tours and move-in/move-out inspections
- Coordinate Site Services
- Ensure accurate records of suite availability and prospective residents
- Maintain accurate accounts of rent payments and lease dates
- Communicate with Operations Manager and Site Staff regarding resident and building issues
- Follow proper procedures for key distribution and tracking
- Research existing competitors and carry out other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- PSRA license C and D
- Background in Property Services
- 2+ years' experience as a Lettings Negotiator
- Excellent written, verbal, and customer relations skills
- Full Driving License
- Efficient organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Demonstrated ability to handle high work volumes
- Detail-oriented and able to follow established processes and procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland
