IT Support Engineer (Level 2) Contract | €200-€280/day | Dublin A client of ours is hiring a skilled Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join their team. The role is focused on supporting a Windows/Microsoft environment, making it an ideal opportunity for someone with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving. Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 support for Windows-based environments, including desktops, servers, and networks. Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and workstations. Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies within Active Directory. Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring security and stability. Participate in ongoing IT projects, contributing technical expertise and support as needed. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Windows/Microsoft environments. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. Experience with Azure services, including Azure AD, Azure Backup, and virtual machines. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, or similar. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently. Additional certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are a plus.
