Level 3 IT Support Engineer Location: Dublin (Hybrid) Salary: €50-60k DOE We are seeking to hire a Level 3 IT Support Engineer on behalf of our Dublin-based client, an MSP that provides IT services for various businesses across Ireland. This position involves resolving complex technical issues and providing advanced technical support to end-users. Duties: Resolving complex technical tickets escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 IT Support Engineers Providing expert-level troubleshooting for hardware, software and network related problems Performing route cause analysis on critical incidents and recommending long-term solutions Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers and cloud services Leading and participating in various types of IT projects Developing and enforcing security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems Guiding and mentoring less-experienced engineersRequirements: 5+ years of experience in a relative IT Support or Systems Administration role Strong experience with Windows servers Proven experience of managing IT systems and infrastructure Strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and VPNs, as well as routers, switches and firewalls Expertise with virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and Microsoft Azure Strong understanding of IT Security principles and practices Proficiency with PowerShell scripting Certifications such as Microsoft Azure AZ-900, VMware VCP7: Desktop and Mobility, ITIL and CCNA are highly desirableIf you're interested in this position, apply through the link provided or send your CV to (url removed) Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business
