B1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineers Syntech Recruitment is proud to be partnered with one of Europe's largest Maintenance Repair Organisations (MRO), specialising in the maintenance of Airbus A320 / A330 and Boeing 737 series aircraft. Our client is a well-established leader in the MRO market across Europe, known for delivering high-quality, reliable services to the aviation industry. Due to continued growth, we have several exciting opportunities for B1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join our partner's Base Maintenance Department. Reporting to the Check/Zone Leader, your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Performing maintenance work on Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 & A330 series aircraft, adhering to prescribed airworthiness standards. Ensuring timely completion of tasks as assigned by the Check/Zone Leader and meeting the customer's delivery requirements. Maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship to ensure aircraft integrity. Logging all completed work in the appropriate IT systems as directed. Recording all work performed on the relevant paperwork progressively and signing off as required. Ensuring correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials. Keeping the work area clean and orderly at all times. Adhering to all company, regulatory, and Health & Safety procedures. Complying with all relevant airport regulations and procedures. Essential Requirements: Hold a current EASA Part 66 B1/B2 Licence with relevant type ratings. A minimum of 5 years of experience working on either A320, A330, or 737NG/CL aircraft. Proficiency in MRO computer systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interpret and follow technical manuals for repairs and instructions. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and flexibly. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Strong commercial awareness. A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Ability to pass a 5-year security background check. Eligibility to live and work in the Republic of Ireland without restriction.
