LIFE INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR Location:Tullamore, Co Offaly (Hybrid) Our client is an innovative family owned on-line Life Insurance Broker founded in 1981, dedicated to making the insurance process simpler, friendlier and more accessible for our clients. They are now looking to add a Life Insurance administrator to their growing team in Tullamore for a permanent role. Initially, you will be based in the office while you learn the ropes, but there will be opportunities to work from home once you're settled. You will work with a small dynamic and positive team who all get along well and don't take themselves too seriously, they love what they do and have a laugh along the way and are looking for someone who is up for the challenge and a good fit for their culture. Role Overview: As a Life Insurance Administrator, your day-to-day will revolve around managing communications via email and phone. You will need to be proactive and ready to jump into a fast-paced environment where empathy, attention to detail, and self-sufficiency are key. Key Responsibilities: Manage client communications via email and phone. Process Life Insurance applications and related paperwork. Provide clients with information and assistance regarding their Life Insurance policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Work independently and efficiently, handling tasks without constant supervision. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a life insurance role. Ideally hold a QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) qualification or at least APA Life Insurance. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, with a focus on empathy and attention to detail and genuine interest in providing excellent service and support. Why Apply?
