Job Summary:
Translate and trans create from English into Korean player support, community and in game content for mobile games, perform quality assurance tasks, and suggest process improvements for optimal translation quality.
- Translate/trans create in game, player support and community content from English to Korean to a high-quality standard
- Perform Quality Assurance tasks in a variety of published content (games, websites, etc.)
- Be responsible for all linguistic aspects of the translations you are assigned to ensure the best possible quality is achieved
- Suggest process improvements that will deliver on goal of optimal translation quality
- Collaborate with linguists in other languages on cross group Quality objectives
Requirements:
- Native level Korean speaker
- Passion for games industry
- Excellent verbal and written linguistic skills both in Korean and English
- Good PC knowledge, including knowledge of MS office products
- Familiarity with CAT tool software (e.g. Memsource/Phrase, Memo Q)
