Job Description

Job Summary: Manage caseloads for Corporate clients in high value debt claims, providing legal recommendations and supporting team members in drafting documents. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, reviewing financial statements, and working to team goals and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
Manage an extensive caseload for Corporate clients in high value debt claims.
Provide legal recommendations to clients.
Support team members in drafting all necessary documents, including Claim Notices, Notices of Motion and Ex-Parte applications.
Manage all correspondence from Solicitors, Defendants and Financial Advisors.
Make recommendations after reviewing statements of assets and liabilities.
Build and maintain strong Client relationships.
Reviewing statements of assets and liabilities and making recommendations based on the information provided.
Working to team and individual goals and deadlines.
Assist in ad hoc requests from clients.

Requirements:
Third level qualification relevant to the role (preferred but not essential).
QFA/APA (an advantage or commitment to obtain).
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Outlook.
Proficiency in practice management systems.
1 year experience in debt collection.
Well organized with professional communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
