Excellent Legal Secretary (Litigation Team) - Maternity Leave Contract Location:Dublin 2 Contract Duration:4/5 Months (Maternity Leave Cover) Salary:€38,000 - €40,000 per annum (pro-rata) About Us: Join a top-tier legal organisation known for its excellence and dedication to client service. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Legal Secretary to join our Litigation team on a maternity leave contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the best legal professionals in the industry and contribute to high-profile cases. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our busy litigation team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings. Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the litigation team. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Assist in the preparation of court bundles, briefs for counsel, and case management. Liaise with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals. Maintain and organise files, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents. Provide general administrative support, including answering calls, managing emails, and processing expenses. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within a litigation team. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with legal software. High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
