They currently have a vacancy for an experienced Solicitor with 6-8 years PQE in both Private and Commercial Areas, specialising in the following: The Role: General Plaintiff and Defence Litigation including Insurance Defence Litigation.High volume Caseload of Personal Injury Claims for high profile clients.Maintaining regular contact with clients regarding case status and current Irish legislation.Experience with all Court Jurisdictions and high value High Court cases.Plaintiff and Defence Personal Injury Litigation.Claims Administration and dispute resolution. Additional Experience in the following is a distinct advantage: Probate and Administration of Estates, general estate planning and drafting of wills.Dealing with both contested and non-contested Applications for Grants of Probate/ Administration of Estates Intestate.Preparation of Enduring Power of Attorneys and registration with the High Court Ward of Courts.All areas of property related matters including residential conveyance for both Commercial and Private Clients.Debt Collection.Landlord and Tenant related matters.Licensing matters including Club Licences, Extensions, Lotto Licence, Restaurant & Special Restaurant Licences, Occasional Licences, and acting for objectors.
