Litigation Solicitor| North East Leinster | Full Time/Part Time (if candidates good enough there could be two positions) | Up to £65,000 pa depending on experience Join a Leading Public Law Firm - A Unique Opportunity Awaits! Specialising in public law the firm has developed an expertise in employing multiple legal measures, both domestic and European, to protect their clients. The successful candidate will receive training on deploying Constitutional, Charter, and Convention measures at all levels. The firm has appeared successfully in the Supreme Court many times and has also had success in the European courts. The firm has a strong reputation in the fields of human rights and criminal defence. In order to concentrate on these specialisms they do not engage in transactional work such as conveyancing or family law. This role is based in the DublinNorth East region, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. The role comes with a competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. A confident, well-prepared and willing advocate Experienced in the Irish Court System, both civil and criminal A true team player, who thrives in a collaborative environment Meticulous with a keen attention to detail and a good recorder of developments A strong communicator with the ability to convey complex information clearly Willing to learn how best to work with clients who need interpretation/translation Knowledgeable about EU law and institutions practical experience would be a bonus What will your role look like? Preparing and drafting legal documents alone and with others Building relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor Managing a busy caseload with efficiency and precision Advocating passionately for clients, with conviction and determination Advising clients in Garda custody and representing them in subsequent court appearances What can you expect in return?
