Top-tier law firm in Dublin seeks experienced litigation solicitors to manage caseloads, advise clients, and develop business.
Our client is a leading law firm based in Dublin City Centre. Due to expansion, they require litigation solicitors with experience in all areas to fill new roles across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing litigation caseload in all courts with an emphasis on the superior courts
- Drafting pleadings, liaising with counsel (where applicable), and management of case files to conclusion
- Working with Partners across a range of litigation matters
- Advising clients on relevant case law and legislation
- Advising clients on ADR options, and participating in mediations and arbitrations
- Advising clients on how to resolve disputes effectively
- Networking and Business Development duties
