Our client is a leading law firm based in Dublin City Centre, requiring litigation solicitors with experience in all areas to fill new roles across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing litigation caseload in all courts with an emphasis on the superior courts, including drafting pleadings and managing case files to conclusion.
- Working with partners across a range of litigation matters.
- Advising clients on relevant case law and legislation.
- Advising clients on ADR options and participating in mediations and arbitrations.
- Advising clients on how to resolve disputes effectively.
- Networking and business development duties.
