Job Description
Process loan transactions, reconcile accounts, and provide customer service as a key member of the Agency Services team.

The Agency Services team is responsible for administering loans in various capacities, including agent, participant, bilateral, and syndicated. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for executing operational processes across a range of activities, including:
- Processing daily drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, prepayments, and rate fixings
- Claiming and collecting fees and interest
- Reviewing and clearing account reconciliation breaks
- Providing accurate and timely information, data, and reports
- Providing excellent internal and external customer service
- Reviewing and approving peer group transaction entries
- Reviewing procedures on a regular basis
- Providing accurate and timely information, data, and reports regarding project status, activities, and performance
You will work closely with the team's manager to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your comprehensive knowledge of loan agency administration and documentation will be essential in this role.
