Locum Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor We are seeking an experienced Locum Conveyance and Probate Solicitor to join our team on a temporary basis, offering expert legal services to our clients in property transactions and estate management. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to work flexibly, with competitive rates and the potential for ongoing assignments. Key Responsibilities: Handling residential and commercial conveyancing matters from start to finish, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgaging. Advising on wills, trusts, and probate matters. Managing client relationships, providing clear and concise legal advice. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and probate forms. Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and relevant third parties to ensure a timely completion of transactions.
