Logistics Coordinator for a Leading Pharma Company in the West of Ireland. Responsible for coordinating logistics and supply chain functions, ensuring timely delivery of material. Key duties include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Agreeing and scheduling all inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Ensuring adherence to company quality control and compliance procedures.
- Raising sales orders and creating shipping documentation.
- Preparing accurate reports for management.
- Checking inventory and maintaining reports, load lists, and logistical requirements.
- Aiding the Customer Service team with outbound logistics and transportation.
- Coordinating customs and export documentation.
- Ensuring Service Levels are adhered to with delivery partners.
- Supporting audits and logistics operations analysis.
Requirements:- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain planning and management.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and produce outputs on a regular, timely basis.
