Resolve logistics service queries, complaints, and lessons learned efficiently.
Build strong relationships with colleagues in Production Centres, Sales Centres, and Logistics.
Cooperate with external parties to ensure Customs & Trade Compliance and external logistics.
Coordinate disruptions (IT outages, capacity issues, etc.), monitor and coordinate physical and IT flows.
Provide information on delivery dates and proof of delivery as required.
Coordinate shipping documents, commercial invoices, and customs clearances.
Requirements:"
Degree in Business with experience in global logistics or freight forwarding.
Fluent English and Italian, with additional languages a plus.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Passion for documentation and process improvement.
SAP knowledge (Module WM) or other transport management systems.
Team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
Training and certification in ADR, IMO, and IATA preferred.
Logistics or customer service experience and strong MS Office skills.
Willingness to travel and participate in training and networking opportunities.
Enthusiasm and initiative, with strong communication skills.
