Job Description
Global Logistics & Shipping Co-Ordinator- Italian Speaker: Coordinate logistics services, resolve customer queries, and build relationships with internal and external parties to ensure smooth global transportation.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Connecting all areas of the business to positively impact the customer experience
- Resolving logistics service queries, complaints, and lessons learned efficiently
- Communicating with internal customers to create and maintain strong working relationships
- Building relationships with external parties to ensure successful Customs & Trade Compliance and logistics operations
- Coordinating and resolving disruptions, monitoring and coordinating physical and IT flows
- Providing information on delivery dates and proof of delivery as required
- Coordinating shipping documents, commercial invoices, and other required documents
Requirements:
- Degree in Business with a focus on global logistics or freight forwarding experience
- Fluent English and Italian, with proficiency in other languages a plus
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for documentation and process improvement
- SAP knowledge (Module WM) or other transport management systems
- Team spirit, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel
- Logistics or customer service experience and strong MS Office skills
