A highly organized and dynamic Logistics Supervisor is required to oversee daily operations of the sampling team, supporting clients across various sectors. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, teams, and resources to ensure efficient and timely sample collection, while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include developing and managing schedules, adjusting to changing client needs, supervising and supporting team members, facilitating training and development programs, liaising with clients, and ensuring operational efficiency. The successful candidate will have a degree in Logistics, Business, or related field, 3-5 years of experience in a scheduling, logistics, or operational role, and at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. They will be highly organized and efficient, analytical, personable, and a confident communicator with the ability to build relationships, motivate and manage a team, and work under pressure.
