Job Description:
Liaise with customers via email and phone.
Liaise with 3rd party carriers.
Resolve operational problems or order queries efficiently, implementing corrective actions to avoid repeat incidents.
Respond in a correct and timely manner to all customer complaints and service failures.
Produce customer stock reports within the agreed timelines.
Ensure internal KPI's are maintained to a satisfactory level.

Work Experience:

This position will be most appropriate to candidates with 1 to 2 years of administrative/customer service experience. Internal systems training will be provided as appropriate.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
2. Strong communication and customer service skills
3. Excellent problem-solving ability
4. Sound administrative skills
5. Good interpersonal skills
6. Excellent communication/telephone skills
7. Ability to pick up new systems quickly
8. Ability to multi-task where required
9. Ability to work on own initiative
