Summary: Join our team at Adare Manor as we create magical experiences for our guests. We're seeking a Head of Security to protect and secure our property, guests, and employees, while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prevent/minimise loss from theft and other safety risks, and maintain audit reports and records.
- Train/educate team members on current safety issues to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage daily security operations to achieve budget expectations.
- Maintain operational equipment and ensure compliance with regulations and licensing standards.
- Protect guests', employees', and owners' assets and well-being.
- Proactively control operating costs of the security department.
- Assume the role of Health & Safety Officer and GDPR Officer, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Investigate any allegations of crime or breaches in a professional and caring manner.
- Ensure all matters of security, health, and safety are fully investigated and reported.
- Act impartially and professionally, treating all persons with respect and courtesy.
