Strong leadership and people management skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment. Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail schedule, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities for this Assistant Manager Job: Assist the Store Manager in the efficient overall running and operation of the store Foster a collaborative environment by building strong relationships with the team through daily briefings and coaching. Assist in recruiting and developing top retail talent, supporting leadership growth and employee integration. Support the Store Manager with HR processes, including payroll and employee relations. Analyze KPIs regularly and take action to achieve sales targets, maintaining clear communication with Head Office. Ensure the store meets visual merchandising and sales standards, driving additional sales through storytelling and product presentation. Assist in managing top-selling products, optimizing stock and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities. Ensure compliance with health and safety, loss prevention, and cash handling procedures, striving for audit success.
