Deloitte has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager/Senior Manager to join our Financial Advisory team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and be involved in all aspects of our M&A Advisory team. About the team We pride ourselves on providing expert and trusted advice to public and private companies, in executing successful domestic and international M&A transactions. We are strongly supported by Deloitte's global financial advisory network, ensuring that our clients have access to global buyer markets and acquisition targets. Our dedicated senior team has specialist private equity expertise and understands the particular dynamics of PE transactions, whether on the buy-side or sell-side. About the role This is an opportunity to join the leading, high performing M&A deal team in the Irish market. Our team advise on a range of transactions across various industries and deal structures, with a heavy leaning to private equity work and cross border transactions. Deloitte's M&A Advisory team utilizes its global network to provide comprehensive advisory services throughout the transaction life-cycle and this enables us to advise on complex, larger transactions and differentiates us in the local market. About You ACA, ACCA and/or CFA qualified with strong financial modelling acumen Direct experience in advising clients on M&A transactions or working with private equity or in mergers and acquisitions generally Direct experience in deals on both the buy and sell side, including advising on specialist areas such as the financial elements of sale and purchase agreements and with some experience in private equity transactions Strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage transactions from start to end Significant experience and ability to offer our clients your expertise and advice in a range of financial advisory matters Identify and lead business development opportunities and build trusted relationships with our clients Actively mentor and coach team members to their highest potential Strong desire to develop and grow within an M&A Advisory team If you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
