Are you an entrepreneurial M&A solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE, looking for a role that offers flexibility, autonomy, and genuine opportunities for career advancement? We have been retained by one of Ireland's leading M&A departments, which is looking to expand its busy team with an ambitious corporate solicitor. Responsibilities Work on high-profile mergers and acquisitions, providing strategic advice to clients and managing transactions from start to finish. Handle a variety of corporate finance matters, including structuring deals and advising on funding options. Advise clients on private equity and venture capital transactions, guiding them through investment processes and negotiations. Assist clients with corporate governance, ensuring compliance with legal standards and best practices. Draft and negotiate joint venture agreements and shareholder agreements, protecting clients' interests. Provide legal counsel on corporate reorganisations and restructurings, helping businesses adapt and grow. Candidate Profile Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland, or in another Common Law jurisdiction, with 2-5 years PQE in M&A gained with a boutique, mid-sized, or large law firm in Ireland, the UK, or in another Common Law jurisdiction.
