Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Software Engineer to design and build scalable and reliable AWS cloud solutions in collaboration with other Engineers, and to work closely with Scientists to understand their workflows in depth and optimize for their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science, proficiency in at least one modern programming language, and experience with Linux/Unix systems and shell interaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and building scalable and reliable AWS cloud solutions
  • Collaborating with Scientists to understand their workflows and optimize for their needs
  • Working with the team to develop and maintain the infrastructure and tooling for state-of-the-art TTS models
  • Supporting the entire machine learning lifecycle, including data preparation, model training, inference, evaluation, release, and deployment
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CS fundamentals, professional communication skills, and the ability to contribute to team discussions. Preferred qualifications include experience with various processes in the full software development lifecycle, distributed systems, and efficient technical communication with peers and non-technical cohorts.
