Job Title: Machine Operative Salary: Competitive Job Type: Permanent Location:Co. Monaghan Ref: S011570 RecruitmentPlus on behalf of our client have an excellent opportunity to join a successful manufacturing business on a permanent basis as Machine Operative. In this role you will be fully trained on operating machinery and computer automated systems and assist with all areas of production. You must be available to work three 12 hour shifts per week rotating weekly between days and nights and will include some weekends. Requirements: Ability to operate equipment as required Previous experience in manufacturing/production automated equipment would be an advantage Carry out duties correctly and according to SOPs Follow all H&S and company policy and procedures A team player who can work independently and with others to achieve company goals Key Duties & Responsibilities: Operate factory software as per training Monitor levels of raw material stocks and advise what is required for the production plan Monitor in-coming raw material quality and carry out necessary in-process testing and inspection of product before directing the load to the appropriate intake Quality testing & documentation of finished product according to correct procedures, reporting any defects Report any quality/ environmental issues immediately Report any Health and Safety issues immediately Ensure your work areas are kept clean & ensure that daily tasks are completed & signed off on daily worksheet Loading vehicles for product delivery, ensuring all documentation is correct and systems updated Other ad hoc duties may be requested & carried out as required by Management If you have the relevant qualifications and experience and are interested in this position, please apply now and Ciara who is based in our Northeast office will be in contact if you are suitable.
