Job Description: Perform preventive maintenance throughout the hotel, maintain appearance, and carry out routine inspections of equipment. Maintain high standards of decor and paint work, and handle basic repairs.
Requirements:
1 year's experience in maintenance, hospitality preferred.
Experience with fan coil units and air handling units.
Professional presentation and attitude.
Available for weekend work.
Strong time management skills.
Multi-skilled with an eye for detail.
Ability to work within a team.
