Immediate Maintenance Electrician Vacancy in Slane Factory
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Slane Factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing maintenance support to production operations and ensuring the smooth running of our equipment.
About the Role
- Provide maintenance support to production operations.
- Maintain production equipment through preventative and reactive organization.
- Perform routine fabrication assignments as directed.
- Perform testing to ensure machinery is operating correctly and safely.
- Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimum specifications.
- Supervise a scheduled program periodically for maintenance shutdown.
Requirements
- Recognised National qualification/apprenticeship.
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Team player who can also work on their own initiative.
- Good overall knowledge of conveyors, elevators, and screening systems.
- Good overall knowledge of PLC's and programming.
- Experience of working with weighing systems.
- Basic computer knowledge essential.
