Maintenance Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Cork. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and processes.
- Input into equipment design, construction, commissioning, and qualification activities
- Provide technical assistance to maintenance personnel and other departments as required
- Develop and manage maintenance procedures and equipment files
- Assist with generation, review, and revision of maintenance documentation as necessary
- Develop and manage the critical equipment list
- Optimize the site preventive maintenance program (RCM/FMECA based)
- Develop and manage the condition monitoring program
- Assist in the selection of appropriate spare parts to ensure maximum availability of equipment
- Analyze equipment data to report on equipment performance
- Develop, standardize, and implement the latest maintenance approaches and techniques in line with the MAM COE and MAM platform initiatives
- Develop a root cause failure analysis system
- Engineering out recurring equipment problems
- Support investigation and resolution of problems
- Participate in cross-functional teams as necessary
- Carry out all routine and non-routine tasks delegated by MAM leadership according to appropriate procedures and standards
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation Process Engineering or similar
- Reliability and/or maintenance experience within a process or pharmaceutical cGMP regulated environment
- Experience of best practices in preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, maintenance planning, reliability engineering, RCM or FMECA
- Experience of Delta V, PLC, and SCADA systems
- Experience of SAP
