Job Title: Maintenance & Facilities Lead Location: North side, Co Dublin (near Swords) Salary:€55-65K Overview: We are looking for a Maintenance Lead with Electrical and Mechanical experience. The ideal candidate will manage the Maintenance Department, ensuring safe and efficient operations across all facilities. Must come from a Foods, FMCG or manufacturing background! Must Drive and have access to a Car! Key Responsibilities: Implement preventative maintenance programs and respond to breakdowns. Conduct root cause analysis and make corrective repairs. Inspect and test machinery, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Budget for maintenance activities and manage inventory of spare parts. Lead or assist in projects, including CapEx and building improvements. Build and maintain relationships with vendors. Desired Experience: Experience with process control hardware, including PLCs and MMIs. Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, and fluid pumps. Strong computer skills. Good command of the English language; additional languages are a plus (Russian/Polish). Key Skills: Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related fields is essential. Strong organisational and time management skills. Experience in managing teams is beneficial.
