Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Fixing and maintaining equipment to ensure they meet safety, quality, and production goals. Solving mechanical problems when machines break down or stop working correctly. Planning regular maintenance to prevent equipment failures. Finding ways to reduce costs and improve how machines work. Supporting new products or processes introduced in the plant. What are we looking for? Common Requirements: FAS time-served mechanical apprenticeship. 3-5 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proven track record of root cause identification. Experience with packaging equipment is desirable. Familiarity with Power BI, 3D printing, and SolidWorks. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and improvement. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
