Reporting to the Associate Director of Engineering Operations & Compliance, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving toward exceptional equipment performance to meet client and company goals.
You will manage a team of Technicians, Team Leads, and Contractors to support the strategic direction of the company's maintenance program to ensure equipment reliability meets production operation demands.
This includes establishing and maintaining a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure the reliability and availability of all equipment and facilities.
This includes providing staff with coaching, training, and opportunities to develop skills, give ongoing constructive and timely feedback on performance.
Develop and manage preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs to ensure cost effective and reliable operation of all equipment and systems.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements, including FDA and GMP standards and maintain accurate documentation/records to support regulatory audits and inspections.
Engage in Cross Functional Team activities to address and mitigate any root cause problems with preventative maintenance and machine performance.
This role will provide exposure to a wide range of expertise relating to pharmaceutical, life sciences, construction, and other sectors.
Skills and Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Degree qualified with Minimum of 5+ years' experience in Maintenance management.
