Job Description
Manage a team on-site, coordinating daily activities. Troubleshoot and investigate faults, record deviations, and lead maintenance projects. Develop PMs and SOPs, and review maintenance programs to ensure optimal uptime. Experience with utilities, six sigma, and lean is preferred. Qualifications include a degree in mechanical or building services, with supervisory experience in Pharma or FMCG. Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate day to day management of a team of technicians on-site
- Troubleshoot and high-level investigation of utility plant equipment faults and failures - root cause analysis
- Compliance/quality engineering - recording and investigation of deviations on qualified utility plant and equipment
- Carry out planned preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as required
- Lead continuous improvement projects
- Supervisory experience with Utilities
- Experience with six sigma/lean preferred
