As a Maintenance Manager and a Head of Department, youll be keeping your department running like clockwork and leading your team to ensure all guests have an incredible experience with us. Have previous experience working in a similar role within the Hospitality industry Be hands-on and prepared to get out and about in the hotel, working on fixes and improvements alongside your team Have exceptional knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems that you can share with your team Understand the finances of the hotel and have basic knowledge of budgeting and reporting Be up for a challenge because no two days are the same working in Maintenance!
