Job Description

Site Manager Location: Dublin 8 Duration: Permanent Hours: 39 hours per week Day to Day of the Role: Responsible for all aspects of the contract deliverable to the Client including but limited to Coordinate the day to day management of a team of technicians on-site Be the point of contact for service providers Trouble-shooting and high-level investigation of utility plant equipment faults and failures - root cause analysis Compliance/quality engineering - recording and investigation of deviations on qualified utility plant and equipment Ensure that root cause problem solving is used for all equipment/utility system issues Carry out planned preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as required Ensure PMs are completed on time Lead continuous improvement projects Good knowledge and understanding of CMMS systems Develop PMs and Job Plans as well as SOPs for plant equipment. Liaising with MRO stores team to identify spare part requirements; Review maintenance programme periodically to ensure optimal uptime levels are achieved Support and comply with all safety and GMP procedures Experience with: Boilers / Chillers/ Reverse osmosis/Softeners/Compressed air/Chillers/Cold storage/HVAC Equipment/Waste neutralization/Power distribution/WFI generation and distribution Required Skills for the Role: Supervisory experience with Utilities Experience with six sigma/lean preferred Degree qualified Level 7/8 preferably in mechanical/building services Past working experience ideally gained in Pharma or FMCG About Us: Veolia is Irelands leading environmental services company providing solutions that enable ecological transformation.
