Maintenance Manager required for a state-of-the-art food production facility in Kildare, Ireland, with a strong focus on plant efficiency, maintenance strategies, and team development.
Our client, a leading company in the food production industry, is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for driving plant efficiencies across all areas, designing and implementing maintenance strategies, and collaborating with the production team to provide engineering solutions.
- Drive plant efficiencies across all areas
- Design and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods
- Collaborate with the production team to provide engineering solutions
- Manage and update the Computerised Maintenance Management System
- Ensure constant supply of electrical services & mechanical services for the site
- Be actively involved in any lean initiatives to improve plant efficiency
- Manage the development and up-skilling of the site maintenance team
- Install & commission new equipment
- Be responsible for setting and achieving agreed maintenance budget and targets
- Manage Maintenance PO system
- Monitor and report on electricity, gas, refrigeration, water, and steam costs
- Manage external contractors
