Our client, based in Kildare, requires a Maintenance Manager for their new, state of the art, food production facility. You will be joining an established company that is part of a large group of companies, where support and collaboration go hand in hand. Do you have an Electrical Qualification? Do you have 5 years experience leading a maintenance team in a production environment? Have you been involved in project management? Do you have budget management experience? Your Duties will include: Drive plant efficiencies across all areas Design and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods Collaborate with the production team to provide engineering solutions Manage and update the Computerised Maintenance Management System FLEX Ensure constant supply of electrical services & mechanical services for the site Be actively involved in any lean initiatives to improve plant efficiency Manage the development and up-skilling of the site maintenance team Install & commission new equipment Be responsible for setting and achieving agreed maintenance budget and targets Manage Maintenance PO system Monitor and report on electricity, gas, refrigeration, water, and steam costs Manage external contractors If you have the relevant qualifications and experience, and you are interested in hearing more about this career advancing maintenance manager job in Kildare, please apply today by sending your cv and I will make contact to discuss this with you.
