As a Maintenance Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Improving operational standards and member experience
- Managing a property management system
- Engaging with members and seeking ways to improve their experience
- Supporting the leadership team with Health and Safety requirements
- Managing repairs and ordering systems
- Participating in knowledge sharing with peers and other team members
Key qualifications and skills required for this role include:
- Technical skills or discipline (e.g. Carpentry, Plumbing, Single Phase Electrics)
- Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong listening and collaboration skills
- A full driving licence or ability to travel efficiently between clubs
