Vacancy : Maintenance person All- Star Deliveries and Logistics,we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative to support various locations in the Newcastle west and Limerick area. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform general maintenance tasks to include: Power washing Painting Weed spraying General gardening duties- lawn cutting, strimming, hedge cutting etc General Farm work General Repairs and Maintenance General Farm type work involved Operating equipment and machinery Handyman work Drive van or help in warehouse occasionally and in emergencies SKILLS Experience as a Maintenance assistance or lead is not essential but can be advantage Qualification in Maintenance or equivalent would be an advantage Positive and proactive attitude. The ability to follow procedures and instructions. A desire to use your initiative. Physically fit. Excellent observational and communication skills. Strong time management and organisational skills. Need to have own transport and good English. Certs and training on some of the above an advantage Job Types: Full-time/Part-time/Flexible working arrangement/ Permanent Work remotely:No Good hourly rate paid consistent with experience.
