Were currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a Pharmaceutical organization based in Athlone. Duties Working closely with the maintenance team scoping and planning of maintenance work Identification of required components, vendors and or special equipment required to carry out work safely. Sourcing, ordering and tracking to site of required nonstock components Liaising with stakeholders as required for access to equipment. Management of vendors including preapproval of personal and RAMS and associated documentation to meet EHSS and Quality requirements to bring vendors on site. Identification of spares and Kitting to Works Orders as required Working with Stores personnel to identify stocking levels and requirements Organising of permitting as required to support technicians and vendors Education & Experience Experience in a similar role within the life science industry is essential.
