Job Description
Experienced Maintenance Planner sought for a prestigious client's site in Kinsale, Cork, with a salary of 65,000 Euro's plus excellent benefits.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with site asset management strategy and delivery of asset maintenance and IFM service delivery.
- Co-ordination and planning of technical service delivery.
- Use of Maximo/GMARS CMMS system to plan technical work.
- Ensure HSE and Gx P compliance for all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations.
- Responsible for services SSOW and supplier RAMS.
- Lead improvement initiatives within the contractors group.
- Assist in good budget management.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A highly customer-focused individual with the ability to motivate and drive performance in teams.
- An in-depth knowledge of technical applications and processes.
- Ability to use computerised maintenance management systems such as Maximo.
- Understanding of risk management and HSE, including methods employed to manage risks, hazards, and controls.
- A good understanding of a heavily regulated environment, preferably within a pharmaceutical environment.
- A strong service co-ordination background.
- An electrical background within the Facilities Management sector is preferred.
