PE Global is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join a facility management company in Cork, responsible for coordinating and planning technical service delivery and ensuring compliance with HSE and GxP regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with site asset management strategy and delivery of asset maintenance and IFM service delivery.
- Coordinate and plan technical service delivery, using Maximo/GMARS CMMS system.
- Ensure HSE and GxP compliance for all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations.
- Lead improvement initiatives within the contractors group.
Key Challenges:
- Meet internal compliance standards and critical KPIs.
- Comply with EHS regulations, Sodexo and Eli Lilly policies and procedures.
- Ensure positive customer feedback and work schedule with minimal disruption.
Main Assignments:
- Responsible for service delivery for all aspects of technical activity in the area.
- Coordinate technical suppliers ensuring site availability for work.
- Ensure safe systems of work are in place, including risk assessments and permits to work.
Personal Specification:
- A highly customer-focused individual with the ability to motivate and drive performance in teams.
- IT literate and able to use computerized maintenance management systems such as Maximo.
- An understanding of risk management and HSE, with the ability to transfer skills across technical and soft disciplines.
