Job Description
PE Global is seeking a Maintenance Planner to assist with site asset management strategy and delivery of asset maintenance and IFM service delivery for a facility management company in Cork.
Key responsibilities include:
- Co-ordinating and planning technical service delivery
- Using Maximo/GMARS CMMS system to plan technical work
- Assisting with HSE and Gx P compliance for all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations
- Responsible for services SSOW and supplier RAMS
- Leading improvement initiatives within the contractors group
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Highly customer-focused individual with ability to motivate and drive performance in teams
- In-depth knowledge of technical applications and processes
- Ability to use computerised maintenance management systems such as Maximo
- Understanding of risk management and HSE, methods employed to manage risks, hazards and controls
- Good understanding of a heavily regulated environment
