Biopharmaceutical company seeks Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to plan and coordinate maintenance work via PEMAC CMMS system, ensuring safety and quality compliance in Drug Product Fill Finish department. Our client, a biopharmaceutical company based in Waterford, requires a skilled Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to oversee maintenance work and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** • Ensure asset care and equipment reliability • Optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules • Develop and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) projects • Plan, coordinate, and execute shutdowns • Manage Quality Systems, Change Management, and Deviation/CAPAs • Analyze downtime and report on maintenance performance **Requirements:** • Minimum Level 7 Engineering Degree or Higher Certificate/Diploma in Engineering • Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance/engineering support and/or Utilities maintenance • High level of competency in CMMS, preferably PEMAC or equivalent (Maximo, INFOR, SAP, etc.) • Experience with Vendor and Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management • cGMP/Regulated experience
