Job Description

Position: Maintenance Plumber Location: Dublin Company Description We are a leading engineering services company with a proven track record of high quality, customer focused project delivery for over 130 years. Skills and Requirements Minimum 5 years post apprenticeship experience in service and repair in all aspects of HVAC plant required Carry out maintenance and repair of HVAC plant Plumbing & Pipe fitting Gas welding Fault finding in all aspects of HVAC plant Carry out reactive call outs and unscheduled works To ensure all works are carried out to a high standard and to be delivered on time To work with company CMMS and keep updated at all times Excellent communication skills with the ability to work individually as well as a part of a team The ability to start and develop excellent relationships with clients Valid/Full clean driver's license essential Familiar with the use of BMS systems desirable Advantageous but not essential skills Experience maintaining Commercial Boilers, Air Handling Units, Supply and Extract Fans and all ancillary boiler house plant.
